Cabo Verde did a considerate number to Rene, but it's still closed
It survived, but it's got alot of work to do to regain TS status

rene was likely under some shear from the outflow of pauly. now that they have begun to separate a bit it can breathe. it might handle itself pretty well for a day or two out in the fish-zone (edited)
