I’d agree with the placement actually, there’s a OFB (iirc) that the models picked up on that has supercells imitating in the CLE area
Some of the NAM solutions picked up on it but it’s 50/50

Low levels should be slightly more backed east (actually less veered off); hence, the current TOR probs. Though low levels are veered, uppers are NW. It’s enough turning for that part of the World. Just need storms to stay discrete longer than a couple minutes.

[5:35 PM]: Severe weather threat update for Friday/Friday night. The biggest change was the addition of a moderate risk (level 3 of 4) for flash flooding for parts of Indiana and Ohio. There is growing concern for flooding after sunset. #inwx #ohwx #kywx
